Rana is an Associate at Antler in MENAP, based in Dubai. She brings over six years of experience across venture capital and product strategy. Prior to joining Antler, Rana worked with Accenture Canada, scale-up technology platform Deel, and within venture building initiatives in the UAE. Notably, she led a flagship climate-tech investment program, managing relationships with founders, institutional investors, and strategic partners to drive investment readiness. Rana holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from McGill University.
