Why we invested in Plenex
In 2019, a precise 3D capture of a building cost more than £30,000. Today it costs under £500, and a phone walkthrough gets you most of the way there. Yet the knowledge that runs factories, warehouses and data centres still lives in photos, PDFs, spreadsheets and the heads of the people who walk the floor.

Why we invested in Lir Labs
Aeration (pumping air into tanks so bacteria can break down waste) accounts for around 30% of a wastewater treatment plant's operating cost. Because operators can't see the biology in real time, most over-aerate by 20–30% as a safety buffer. Globally, aeration consumes roughly 1.5% of all energy demand, around $42bn a year. A 15% optimisation would be worth $6.3bn annually.

Why we invested in Ninopay
